Creating Your Spinpolo Account and Accessing the Video Verification
To begin the Spinpolo video verification process, you first need a registered account. Visit the official site and complete the standard sign-up form. After entering your email and choosing a password, you will be prompted to verify your email address. Once your email is confirmed, log in and navigate to the account settings or “Verification” section. Here, you will see the option for video verification. This step is mandatory before you can process withdrawals or claim your Spinpolo bonus. The system will ask you to enable your camera and microphone.
Step-by-Step Walkthrough for the Live Video Call
The actual verification is a live call with a customer support agent. You must initiate this request from the “Video ID” tab in your profile. A typical waiting time is between 2 to 5 minutes during peak hours. Once an agent connects, you will be asked to hold your government-issued ID (passport or driver’s license) next to your face. The agent will guide you to turn your head slightly to match the photo. The entire call lasts roughly 60 to 90 seconds. After the call, your account status changes from “Pending” to “Verified”.
| Step | Required Action | Typical Duration |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Open account settings and request video verification | 1 minute |
| 2 | Wait for the agent to connect | 2–5 minutes |
| 3 | Show your photo ID clearly to the camera | 30 seconds |
| 4 | Follow head movement instructions | 30 seconds |
| 5 | Receive confirmation and account upgrade | Instant |
Common Problems and Troubleshooting Tips
A frequent issue is a poor internet connection causing the video feed to freeze. If the agent cannot see your face or ID clearly, the call may be terminated. Always use a stable Wi-Fi connection or a wired ethernet link. Another common problem is poor lighting. Ensure your face is well-lit from the front, not from behind. If you receive a “Verification Failed” message, you can retry after 24 hours. The system allows three attempts before a manual review is required. You will not lose your Spinpolo no deposit credits if verification fails, but you must complete it to unlock them.
- Use a quiet room with no background noise or other voices.
- Hold your ID at the edges so the text and photo are fully visible.
- Do not wear sunglasses, hats, or face coverings during the call.
- Ensure your device camera is not blocked by a privacy sticker.
Documents You Need to Prepare
You must have a physical copy of your identification document. Digital copies or screenshots on another device are not accepted. The agent will ask you to tilt the card to show the holographic security features. Acceptable documents include a valid passport, national ID card, or driving license. If you are using a Spinpolo promo code for a welcome offer, verification must be completed within 7 days of registration to keep the reward active. The document must match the name on your account exactly.
Post-Verification Access and Limits
After successful verification, your withdrawal limits are raised. The standard daily withdrawal limit is €5,000, but this can increase to €20,000 after video verification. You also gain access to the full game library, including live dealer tables. The video verification is required only once unless you change your registered name or address. If you win a jackpot, the casino may request a second video call for high-payout validation. Many players combine this step with claiming Spinpolo free spins offered to new members.
Final Practical Advice for a Smooth Process
To avoid delays, complete the video verification during off-peak hours (early morning or late night). The agent will speak in clear English, but you can ask them to repeat instructions if needed. Do not hang up during the call, as this may flag your account for a security review. If you encounter a bug, the support team can reset your verification status via live chat.
